Why sunchoke?

I’m sure many of you are wondering what a sunchoke is and why I named my domain after it.

    ooohhhh, i never knew a sunchoke was an artichoke. i love artichokes for the way they look. i never knew they were a sunflower, which is the only flower that looks nice standing in such straight, consistent ranks. (they make me think of the military. ;))
